Manage Completed Evacuations on the Tablet
Create a New Evacuation
- From the left hand side of the tablet, swipe right to reveal the navigation panel
- Tap on Evacuation
- For your convenience, today's date is automatically used as the name of the evacuation
- Confirm or edit the name of the new evacuation
- You will now be presented a list of people in following order:
- Groups (especially relevant for schools e.g. Classrooms)
- People On-Site
- People Off-Site
- Tick off as you go
- Once you are finished, make sure to mark the evacuation as complete
You can now find the completed Evacuation on our Web Portal app.vistab.co.nz
Sort & Filter the List
- Tap on the Name, Categories or Company column header to sort the list
As a school, your default set up will be to display classrooms (provided you are integrated with an SMS), then Off-Site students. The latter will be displayed at the bottom of the list:
Use the blue "i" button to check who belongs to each group (e.g. Classroom):
Use the Search
- Enter your search term at the top, below the Evacuation Name
- Use the white on blue keyboard button to hide the keyboard
- Use the white on red "X" to clear your search
