Where did the washer and screw go?
There is a small plastic washer and screw that is taped to the plastic packaging that often accidentally gets thrown away. We would recommend setting up the stand before throwing any packaging away to reduce the risk of losing these parts.
How to make the tablet wobble less in the stand?
There is another piece of foam padding that comes extra in the box. We would recommend you stick the spare sponge pad on top of the existing pad - it will stop the tablets from wobbling around.
How to screw the parts together?
Use the screw hole closest to the centre of the tablet holder arm - the other hole is for the tablets that sit vertically.
