If your printer suddenly stopped printing labels or there's an unusually long delay between someone signing in and the printer printing a label, restart your printer first, then restart your tablet. If the issue persists, try to un-pair and re-pair your printer. As a last resort, reset your printer to factory settings.

Reconnect your Printer
Please reconnect your printer by following these steps:
- Swipe right from the left side of the tablet
- Tap on Service Menu at the bottom and type in your PIN

- Tap on Bluetooth Configuration
- Make sure Bluetooth is turned on
If you see your printer under Paired devices:
- Tap on the cogwheel
- Tap Unpair
- Return to the overview of the Bluetooth settings
Your printer will now be shown under Available devices:
- Tap on your printer (QL-820NWB..)
- A Bluetooth pairing request will be shown, check that the Passkey on the tablet matches the Passkey on the Printer. If you have multiple printers and you do not see a Passkey on your printer, you may have selected the wrong printer, try again by selecting a different printer.
- Tap Pair
If you still have trouble printing, please restart the printer first, then, restart your tablet.
Reset Printer to Factory Settings
The 'OK' Button on your printer is how you select.
- Press the Menu button on your printer
- Go to Administration
- Select Reset
- Select Factory Reset
- Select Reset
Your screen will say ‘working do not power off’.
- Set the Language, Date and Time
You will now be on a screen saying ‘P01’.
- Press the Menu Button
- Go to Bluetooth
- Turn Bluetooth and automatic reconnection on
