The Tablet Management gives you access to
- Overview of all tablets on your site or across multiple sites if you have more than one (Note: If your profile is site limited, you will only be able to see the tablets of the sites you are allowed to)
- See if your tablet is checking in with our Servers
- See Battery Health of your tablet
- Check Connectivity and Net Strength
- Access your Service Menu PIN
- Check Longitude & Latitude of the tablet
- Check the quality of the connection between your tablet and printer
- and more

- Select Admin
- Select Tablet Management
- Select your Device

Overview
- Device: Use the little magnifier to search for specific Device Names
- VT-Number: The VT-Number is an identifier for every tablet, each tablet receives a Sticker with a unique VT-Number on the back. Use the little magnifier to search for a specific tablet.
- Site: Use the little magnifier to search for site names, if you have more than one.
- Synchronisation: The Synchronisation refers to how well your tablet is connected to our servers. Check your Network Connection if the State is anything less than "Good".
- Good - This is the desired state
- Warning - The clock on the tablet is 3 or more minutes out of sync
- Bad - The clock on the tablet is 5 or more minutes out of sync

- Last Update: This shows the last time the tablet has checked in with our servers which is usually every 30 minutes.
- Device Name: This is the name of your device which can be used to differentiate multiple tablets, it can also show up in reports and notifications. Let us know if you would like the name of your tablet changed.
