If you are trying to download a report and receive the below error
Server Error 404 - File or directory not found
this indicates that you are likely using the Microsoft Edge Browser. It is trying to open Office files in the browser and fails while doing so.
To turn this off, please follow the steps below:
Click the three dots in the top right corner of the browser
- Select Settings
- Select Downloads
- Turn off "Open Office files in the browser"
