When you first turn on your tablet you will need to connect it to your wireless network (WiFi) unless you have received a 4G capable tablet with a SIM card in which case it will work out of the box.
Do NOT connect your tablet to a Guest Network.
1. Turn on your tablet
- Press and hold the power button on the top side corner of the tablet until the Samsung Logo appears. The VisTab App starts up automatically. Once the VisTab App has opened, you will see the screensaver screen similar to below, this screen may be personalised for your organisation.
2. Connect your tablet to the WiFi
- Swipe your finger from the left edge of the screen to the right and a menu will pop out.
- Tap Service Menu

- Tap WiFi Configuration
- Select your wireless network (Note: this will be specific to your site. Do NOT connect the tablet to a guest network).
- Enter your WiFi Password, if you do not have this please ask your IT department on site.
- Tap Connect once the password has been entered.
- Swipe up from the bottom on the right-hand side to return to return to the Settings.
- Then swipe up again to return to the VisTab App
