If you have any of the above, there may be security options you need to change on your network to allow your VisTab to connect to our servers. Your internet security provider or IT person will need to do this for you.
If the tablet is online but you're unable to see any sign ins/outs on the reports or your SMS isn't updated with the latest data, this might be an indicator to look into your Firewall settings.

- Configuration, a user and password for Linewise may also need to be entered on the tablet
N4L
- You will need to contact N4L to apply the VisTab exception
Other providers
- You will need to allow HTTPS and HTTPS via their configurations to be sent and received via the VisTab tablet
