To setup the label printer (Brother QL-820NWB), first ensure the printer has been plugged into power (using the printer power cable provided) and turned on. Please then follow the step-by-step instructions on how to pair the tablet using Bluetooth.

1. Open side menu on tablet

Swipe from left towards middle of screen or press and hold the VisTab logo in the top right corner

2. Tap on Service Menu and enter PIN

If you have access to our Web Portal, find the PIN here: Admin > Tablet Management 🔗

3. Tap on 'Bluetooth Configuration'

4. Ensure Bluetooth is turned on

5. Select your printer

The printer name starts with QL-820NWB...

6. Confirm 'Bluetooth pairing request'

Check that the Passkey on the tablet matches the Passkey on the printer and tap 'Pair'. If you have more than one printer and you do not see a Passkey on your printer, you may have selected the wrong printer. Try again by selecting a different printer.

7. Success!

Now that the printer is showing under 'paired devices' you are all setup. Feel free to test this by signing in as a visitor or using the 'Test Printer' feature in the Service Menu.
