This Guide is applicable to both printers (QL-720NW & QL-820NWB).

• Remove Printer Roll from Holder

Install a new Printer Roll

Make sure part “C” has the Number “205” at the bottom, parts with a different number won't fit the printer.

If supplied with Carrier, Your Roll Carrier should come as 3 pieces.

• Place the Tube “B” into Part “A” over roll with feeding in direction shown, aligning notch as indicated.

• Flip over Unit and press Part “C” onto end of Tube “B”. It is normal for the roll to be slightly tight.

• Install into Printer as Normal. Please ensure Label has been installed in the correct direction in Step 1, a correct installation has the black rectangular squares facing up, and feeding off the top of the roll.

Remove Printer Roll from Holder

Pull Part “C” away and up from the holder. It might require some force but do not worry, the parts are sturdy.

• You might have to wiggle the part down and up to get it out.
