Custom Forms can be questionnaires, induction forms or acknowledgments with signature on the tablet which can then be viewed and downloaded via our Web Portal.
Custom Forms are regular forms that are digitised by us to make them easy to use on the tablet. Once the data is captured on the tablet, it is then saved on the form when accessed through the reports on our Web Portal.

- Select PDF next to any entry to download a filled out form
