If you have edited or added new students in your SMS and they or the changes are not appearing in our Web Portal, there can be a variety of causes for this.
Enrolment Status
Check that the enrolment status of the child is not "Pending"
Start Date
Check that the Start Date for the child is today or later
Sync
Check when the next sync time is via our Web Portal. Go to "Integrations" on the Navigation Panel or click on this link: https://app.vistab.co.nz/#/client/current/integrations
If the issue persists, please submit a request and our support team will look into this for you.
