VisTab integrates seamlessly with your SMS to sync your students, full time staff and caregiver across to VisTab and send back attendance records to Hero in real time along with any reasons stated for leaving early or arriving late.
To enable this, please inform Hero to turn on the integration with VisTab, please also submit a request so we can prepare your system on our end.
Privacy
Your Privacy and security of your information is important to us. We only use as little information we need to operate VisTab in your school:
- Student Name
- Class
- Enrolment Status
VisTab does not need or retain any other information than what is listed above. We are 100% owned and operated in New Zealand and therefore required to come under all of our local laws and regulations.
What data is sent to Hero?
The information that we share with Hero includes:
- Reason: Leaving or Late
- Period: Previous or Next
- Date
- Attendance Code
