If your late or leaving students are not syncing to your SMS, please make sure your tablet is online ((Re-) Connect Your Tablet to a WiFi Network). Once you made sure it is online and the issue persists, please submit a request and provide the names of the students (incl. time of sign in) that are affected and we will start an investigation and get back to you with more information.
