The System will inform you about duplicated or invalid information and show you a list of the affected entries. You get the option to Edit, Delete or Update those entries.
Edit
Change details so it is not a duplicated entry anymore
Delete
If it is truly a duplicate
Update
Update an existing person with the new information you just uploaded.
Note: this can also delete pre-existing information.

What is going to happen is:
- You will receive a duplicate warning that will give you the option to update the entry, this means:
- The company name will be removed
- A phone number will be added
