If your client has more than one site, visibility of each site can be limited with Site Limits so when signing in on the tablet people from unrelated sites don't show up in the search result.
Example:
You have two sites and don't want Staff from Site A to show up on Site B, this can be achieved with Site Limits ON.
This will affect users. If a user is site limited and only allowed to access data from Site A, then they won't see any staff members from Site B.
When trying to add a new person I am getting the following message (select applicable option):
- A person with these details already exists! Check <Person>
- This person has no sites that you can access. You will be unable to see or edit them later.
- A person with these details already exists! Further information is not available due to your site limits.

To prevent duplicates you will see this message as a warning that the person you are trying to add already exists.
Click on the name to check the existing person
Check if the person is inactive and set them active, after confirming the "Are you sure?" pop-up this will be saved automatically.
Close the window by clicking on the X in the top right corner
Exit adding the new person by doing the same
This person has no sites that you can access. You will be unable to see or edit them later.
The category is site limited and can only sign in/out on the sites that have been assigned.
Additionally, you are only allowed to see people (in the example below it is Staff) that belong to your site and to do so you have to add your site to the person, see arrow in the example below.
A person with these details already exists! Further information is not available due to your site limits.
If category site limits are turned on for your client, this message will pop up if a user is trying to add a person that already exists on another site they don't have access to. To get around this, please ask the site manager to add the person or to assign the target site to the user trying to add the person.
Alternative Solution
If you'd like people in your system to be visible to all Admin Users but separated on the tablets then please submit a request to turn on Strict Site Check on your tablet. This will enable you to only search for people that are assigned to the correct sites e.g. Site A Tablet will only show Staff that are assigned to Site A.
Site Limited users will still be restricted in accessing only reports that belong to their sites.
