Quickly see who's been on site in the last seven days via the tablet. Review answers and re-print visitor labels if required.

1. Open side menu on tablet

Swipe from left towards the middle of the screen or press and hold the VisTab logo in the top right corner

2. Enter PIN and tap on Logbook

Custom sorting: Tap on any of the column headers (Name, Category, Status, Sign In, Sign Out) to change the order in which the transactions are displayed.

Details: View responses given during the sign in and sign out workflow. Re-print visitor label.

Search: Use the search at the top to find people by Name or Category.

Available options for customisation

• Logbook Sync Level: Client, Site, Device
  • Client (default): Sync logbook between all tablets
  • Site (default if you have more than one site): Sync logbook between all tablets within the same site
  • Device: Don't sync any other logbooks onto this device
• Logbook Download Range: This Week, Seven Days, Three Days, Current Day
  • This Week: Include sign ins from Monday until today within the same week
  • Seven Days (default): Include sign ins from the last 7 days including today
  • Three Days: Include sign ins from the last 3 days including today
  • Current Day: Only include sign ins from today
