Quickly see who's currently on site via the tablet and force sign out visitors in bulk. Review answers and re-print visitor labels if required. After someone signs out, they disappear from the Current Activity screen.

1. Open side menu on tablet

Swipe from left towards the middle of the screen or press and hold the VisTab logo in the top right corner

2. Enter PIN and tap on Current Activity

Custom sorting: Tap on any of the column headers (Name, Category, Status, Time, Date, Device) to change the order in which the transactions are displayed.

Details: View responses given during the sign in workflow. Re-print visitor label.

Search: Use the search at the top to find people by Name or Category.

Force Sign Out: Tick the boxes to choose who you want to manually sign out. Select multiple people to sign them out in bulk (this won't work with people that are assumed onsite, for example students) and tap the blue "SIGN OUT SELECTED" button at the top.
