Search
- Select Reports
- Select desired Report (e.g. Visitor, Contractor, Staff etc.)
- Select Filters
- Under Search Criteria
- Select your Search Type (Name is default, this can also be Company, Phone, Email etc.)
- Enter your Search Term (e.g. a Staff Name, Company Name etc., make sure it matches the Search Type. If you search for a Company Name, make sure the value in the first field says "Company")
- To narrow down your results, add further search criteria with the "+ Add Search Criteria" button
- Select Search
Filter
By Date
- Select Reports
- Select desired Report (e.g. Visitor, Contractor, Staff etc.)
- Select Filters
- Under Date Range either
- Select a From and Until Date OR
- Pick one of the pre-defined options at the bottom of the date picker
- Select Search
To download a copy of the report, you will have to select a date range that is not greater than 31 days for PDF and not greater than 365 days for Excel.
By Site
If you have more than one site you can limit your search to specific sites. This is only available if you have access to more than one site > Check My Role and Site Limits
- Select Reports

- Under Sites
- Select one or more sites
- Select Search
By Category
Categories are the names for the type of people that sign in at your site e.g. Visitor, Contractor, Staff etc.
- Select Reports
- Select desired Report (e.g. Visitor, Contractor, Staff etc.)
- Select Filters
- Under Categories
- Select one or more categories
- Select Search
Download
To download a copy of the report, you will have to select a date range that is not greater than 31 days for PDF and not greater than 365 days for Excel.
- Select Reports

- Select Filters
- Under Date Range either
- Select a From and Until Date OR
- Pick one of the pre-defined options at the bottom of the date picker
- Select Search
- Select PDF or Excel to download a copy of the search results
Change the Orientation of the Report Download
Inside the Report Filters:
- Select the cogwheel next to the PDF and Excel buttons
- Choose between Portrait and Landscape
- Select X to close the popup window
- Proceed to download the PDF or Excel report
Additional Search Options
Hide Auto-Reset Totals
Default: On
People who forget to sign out will be signed out automatically by the system at 23:59 each day.
Since the Total Time won't be accurate you have the option to hide the total time if the person has been auto signed out.
Record Type
Default: Regular and Assumed Onsite
- Tick "Assumed Onsite" to search specifically for people that are assumed onsite e.g. Students or Staff at schools.
- Tick "Regular" to search specifically for people like Visitors, Contractors etc. that are typically required to manually sign in/out.

Completion Type
Default: Open and Complete
Specify if you are looking for results that have a Sign In AND Sign Out Time (Complete) or results that are unfinished (Open) e.g. no sign out time.
