Pre-register your visitors/contractors, staff and students so they can sign in on the tablet or mobile app once they arrive on site. Follow this guide to learn how to add a single person to your system.

| A Person can sign in/out on the tablet. This does not give them access to the Web Portal. If you want to give someone access to the Web Portal, add them as a User. Person = Sign In/Out on the Tablet User = Log in to the Web Portal app.vistab.co.nz |
- Select People on the left in the Navigation Panel
- Select + New Person
Fill out the Person's details and select a site if you have more than one.
Email and Phone will be used for alerts if that is setup for you on your system.
Minimum requirements:
- Name
- Category
Other requirements:
- There can be more than one person with the same name
- Email is always unique and cannot be used twice
Depending on the selected Category there may be additional fields that can be optionally filled out, this can differ from category to category.
