Follow this guide to reset your password.
You need to be logged out of the Web Portal to reset your own or someone else's password.
- Select Forgot Your Password?
- Enter the email address associated with your account
- Select Send me reset password instructions
- Follow the instructions in the email and set up a new, strong password
