If you have signed in and you aren't able to sign out, this could occur for several reasons:
- You have multiple tablets but one of them is offline. Fix: (Re-) Connect Your Tablet to a WiFi Network
- You have multiple sites and the data on the tablet is separated. Fix: Submit a request.
- There's more than 30 search results. Fix: Try entering more characters or your company name (if applicable)
- You are trying to sign out under a different category. Fix: Sign out with the same category that you used to sign in. Example: You have signed in as a visitor and must sign out as a visitor.
- You signed in via the mobile app or QR Poster and the tablet is offline. Fix: (Re-) Connect Your Tablet to a WiFi Network
