If your tablet is consistently unresponsive, slow or shows other signs of problems please submit a request and we will investigate. Please include the VT Number (located on the back of the tablet) and a photo of the issue (if possible).
For some of these steps your Tablet PIN is required, you can find your PIN in the Tablet Management of our Web Portal. https://app.vistab.co.nz/#/admin/tablet-management
Restart App (PIN required)
If the app is unresponsive, skip to Restart Tablet.
- Access the Service Menu by swiping right from the left edge of the tablet
- Tap on Service Menu
- Enter your PIN
- Scroll down and tap on Reload App
- This will take a moment, the app will restart automatically
Restart Tablet
Turn Off:
- Long press the power button on the side
Turn On:
- Long press the power button on the side until the Samsung Logo appears
