Follow this guide if your tablet is showing an Error Message along the lines of
Fatal Error Opening Database: ..
To resolve this issue:
- Please tap Delete DBs
You will likely loose data on the tablet if your tablet wasn't connected to a network for a while.
This error message is shown when the VisTab App struggles to access the local storage. If this happens sparsely in the life of the tablet it is not a major concern. If you encounter this issue on a regular basis please get in touch.
