This allows Users with the "Client Admin" Role to send out invites via "Email" to an "Existing" OR "Non-Existing" person/people to create a new "Induction Record" themselves away from the "Tablet", prior to Signing In on-site.
Follow this guide to check your Role > Roles & Site Limits
- Select your Organisations Name at the top of the screen
- Select Invite
- Select Induction
- Select one of the Invite options

- Select the "Green" Email Invite button
- Sending invites to an Existing "Person/People" on the system
- Search and Tick the person's name
- Select "Invite People"

- Sending invites to a Non-Existing "Person/People" on the system
- Switch the "New People" toggle switch
- Select a "Category" OR one of the options you wish you want to add the new Person/People as
- Select the "Add" button to create an Email field
- Type in the "Email" of the person/people you desire to send the invite to
- Select "Invite People"

- Sending invites to an Existing "Person/People" on the system
You can also adjust the Email Invitation Expiry when sending out invites.
